Terms, privacy & the marketplace agreement
MatchDC is a B2B sourcing marketplace connecting data-center buyers with verified suppliers of power equipment, powered land and compute capacity. The binding marketplace agreement — covering acceptable use, verification, anti-circumvention deal terms, and data handling — is presented in full and accepted at registration, with the version, timestamp and IP recorded.
Terms of use
Use of the platform is subject to the marketplace agreement accepted at signup. Buyers post requirements and compare responses free of charge; suppliers hold a membership to reach matched demand. Introductions and deal terms are governed by the agreement.
Privacy
We collect only what is needed to operate the marketplace — organization and contact details, verification evidence, listings, demands and messages. Buyer requirements are anonymized until a double opt-in introduction, and contact details are protected by server-side rules until introductions are permitted. We do not sell personal data.
Verification & eligibility
KYB and evidence badges reflect review, never payment. Ineligible or unverified supply is not promoted into a buyer workflow.
